Job Summary

Serve as the technical and domain expert on Filevine’s Enterprise and Strategic deals, embedded across the full sales cycle from discovery through close. Partner with Account Executives to diagnose legal workflows, translate complex product concepts for legal and technical audiences, and deliver tailored, story-driven product demonstrations. Research and recommend the right mix of Filevine solutions, help maintain demo environments, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing to ensure market messaging matches product reality.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives across the full sales cycle for Enterprise and Strategic opportunities, including active discovery participation.
•Lead consultative discovery by understanding prospects’ practices, workflows, and operational pain before positioning solutions.
•Prepare and deliver tailored, story-driven product demonstrations for each prospect’s practice area and buying committee.
•Research and recommend the right combination of Filevine solutions (including LOIS) to address customer needs and influence closing outcomes.
•Travel frequently for on-site discovery sessions, demos, and executive meetings, and build/maintain demo environments for events and sales cycles.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience as a mid-level associate from a law firm (M&A, litigation, or capital markets) or a legal-technology-adjacent role, with a move out of billable practice.
•Background in legal operations, including BigLaw experience and familiarity with legal ops, managed services, ALSPs, or legal-technology incumbents.
•Experience building or co-designing internal tools, automation, or knowledge systems, and comfort working alongside engineers and product teams.
•Fluency with legal technology and AI, supported by knowledge-management work, innovation projects, or thought leadership.
•Strong interpersonal communication, including translating between technical product teams, marketing, and customer-facing audiences.
