  • •Design, implement, and manage Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, endpoint security, compliance, and device lifecycle management.
  • •Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
  • •Design and govern knowledge management frameworks, including repositories, taxonomies, metadata, content lifecycle, retention, and publishing models.
  • •Integrate knowledge repositories with operational processes like ITSM, runbooks, SOPs, training materials, and service transition activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with security, governance, and information protection requirements in regulated enterprise environments while supporting user adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, Autopilot, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, and compliance management.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, permissions, search, metadata, and document management.
  • •Experience designing and governing enterprise knowledge repositories, taxonomies, content structures, approval workflows, version control, and ownership models.
  • •Familiarity with ITSM knowledge management and support-oriented knowledge processes such as runbooks, SOPs, and service transition documentation.
  • •Understanding of security, information protection, auditing, data classification, retention, and regulatory compliance requirements.
