Job Summary

Support loading coordination, weighing efficiency, and travel between local work sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
•Handle cash procedures, including receiving/logging cash from C.O.D. sales and gravel tickets, and balancing the cash box.
•Schedule, dispatch, and control the appropriate level of drivers to satisfy customer demand while maintaining safety and efficiency goals.
•Work alongside truck drivers and team members to ensure delivery of high-quality products, coordinating with loader and batch plant operators via two-way radio.
•Accurately record delivery and product information into the dispatch system, while monitoring load sizes and weighing trucks across scale.

Key Requirements
