Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead employee engagement and internal communications across RBM to provide clear, relevant, consistent information.
  • •Lead communications for the RBM culture programme, translating culture priorities into campaigns, engagements, and touchpoints.
  • •Embed the company brand internally through initiatives that help employees understand RBM’s identity, values, and priorities.
  • •Manage internal communication channels and information touchpoints to keep content timely, accessible, and easy to engage with.
  • •Plan, develop, produce, and distribute the employee newsletter; collate and showcase operational, functional, and employee stories.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Communications/Marketing/Journalism/Public Relations.
  • •At least 5–10 years’ experience in a communications role with an internal focus.

  • •Certificate in DTP (Desk Top Publishing) and digital marketing knowledge are added advantages; a South African driver’s license (with own car) is required.
