Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end structuring, underwriting, and closing of warehouse facilities for fintech clients across the UK and Europe. Own credit analysis activities such as data-tape and financial performance review, collateral analysis, cashflow modelling, and due diligence to recommend deal structures. Manage and guide deal teams, oversee an existing borrower portfolio, and build client/investor relationships while balancing client needs with the bank’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead structuring, underwriting, and closing of warehouse facilities, supporting credit papers, term sheets, financial models, and deal structures.
•Manage the end-to-end process across clients/prospects and internal/external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
•Underwrite and manage warehouse facilities, including data-tape and financial performance analysis and due diligence to design/recommend deal structures.
•Manage and communicate on an existing borrower portfolio, recommending responses to changing situations across the portfolio.
•Manage/lead deal teams and provide oversight, knowledge sharing, and guidance on structuring, underwriting, closing, and portfolio management.

Key Requirements

•Build cashflow models and perform collateral analysis for asset-backed facilities.
•Structure, negotiate, and close asset-backed warehouse facilities with strong legal documentation skills.
•Experience underwriting and managing warehouse facilities with structured finance and credit analysis.
•Work effectively with large data pools to assess data quality and completeness for due diligence.
•Quantitative Bachelor’s degree or CFA (or equivalent), plus structured finance experience from banks, specialized lenders, asset managers, or rating agencies.
