Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the vision and define the roadmap for hyper-targeted live crime detection at scale while meeting global regulatory obligations.
  • •Own product strategy for detection outcomes measured by AML Recall and Cost of Suspicious Activity Reports.
  • •Partner with regional compliance officers (second line of defense) to deliver globally applicable controls trusted by local regulators and law enforcement.
  • •Collaborate with data scientists, product analysts, product designers, product compliance managers, operations leads, and software engineers to ship detection-focused product improvements.
  • •Drive high-precision automation and LLM-related approaches to reduce cost of investigations and reporting while improving recall coverage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 120,000 - 148,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of direct product management experience (ideally closer to 10) for Principal level, or 4–8 years for Senior level candidates.
  • •Experience building machine learning, LLM, or other advanced algorithmic/data-heavy products, ideally in AML/fraud/fincrime/trust & safety.
  • •Strong customer obsession: use user research and empathy, with regulators and law enforcement as key “customers”.
  • •Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to identify, diagnose, and prioritize problems and opportunities.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, analysts, data scientists, and researchers, and a hands-on, self-driven approach in ambiguous situations.
