Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full lifecycle of advanced packaging, from requirements capture and materials selection through prototyping, process optimization, manufacturing, and failure analysis.
  • •Drive system trades and conduct requirements capture, materials selection, prototyping, manufacturing, and failure analysis.
  • •Develop integrated thermal solutions, including next-generation TIMs, to improve package performance.
  • •Own equipment specification, qualification, and ramp from end to end.
  • •Build supply chains for die, packages, components, consumable chemicals, and equipment; define incoming acceptance criteria for components and materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in materials science, mechanical engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in microelectronics device research or manufacturing.
  • •Experience in hardware, robotics, automation, or manufacturing environments.
  • •Exposure to scripting or data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, JMP) for process data analysis or automation.
  • •Familiarity with manufacturing process development methodologies (e.g., PFMEA, process capability studies, SPC) and GD&T/tolerance analysis.
