Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership to individual contributors and coordinate program execution across multiple work streams.
  • •Drive end-to-end process redesign using Lean, Agile, Design Thinking, and change management; evaluate current-state processes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • •Partner with IT and business teams to define requirements and deliver digital solutions, including automation/integration and AI-enabled opportunities.
  • •Develop executive-level reporting (dashboards, KPIs, performance metrics) and translate operational data into recommendations for leadership.
  • •Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple projects; coordinate global stakeholder alignment and drive adoption/behavioral change; manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers.
