Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and govern the integrated OR master schedule in Primavera P6 across all readiness workstreams.
  • •Align OR schedules with project delivery milestones, stage gates, and asset opening dates while coordinating with PMO and delivery partners.
  • •Create countdown plans and T-minus schedules for asset openings, including trial operations and soft opening phases.
  • •Track progress vs. baseline, identify slippage and critical path impacts, and escalate readiness risks with recovery options.
  • •Produce scheduling reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel; coordinate schedule inputs from functional leads and manage schedule change control and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •5–8 years of scheduling/planning experience, ideally in operational readiness, giga-projects, entertainment/hospitality openings, or large-scale infrastructure.
  • •Hands-on Primavera P6 expertise, including baseline management and change control on complex programmes.
  • •Experience supporting asset openings, trial operations, or commissioning-to-operations transitions.
  • •PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent certification (advantage).
