•Lead, manage, and develop a team of CRM specialists focused on eCommerce marketing, segmentation, lifecycle automation, and campaign execution.
•Define and own the end-to-end retention marketing strategy across Email and SMS, with a roadmap for expansion into new CRM channels.
•Own the evolution of CRM into a holistic engagement ecosystem, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and channels.
•Partner with Site, Brand, Loyalty, Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver integrated customer experiences and influence channel capabilities.
•Build scalable CRM processes, optimize marketing automation, and manage vendor relationships for Email and SMS.
