Key Requirements

  • •Be a staff/principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience).
  • •Have a strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python.
  • •Have hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor.
  • •Be able to evaluate code without fully executing or deeply reviewing every line.
  • •Comfortably give direct, opinionated feedback using a high bar for what “good engineering” looks like.
