Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior leadership to support decisions on hiring, investment prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • •Own P&Ls end to end: budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and executive narratives on what changed and why.
  • •Build and continuously improve driver-based financial models (e.g., long-range plan, bookings model, ad hoc analyses).
  • •Lead planning cadences (annual, quarterly, monthly outlooks) and integrate business partner inputs into corporate forecasts.
  • •Manage and develop one Senior Financial Analyst, setting priorities and improving quality and speed of analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, including directly partnering with C-Level and/or CRO/CMO.
  • •Direct people management experience (hiring, coaching, and managing performance).
  • •Deep fluency in SaaS cost structures and unit economics with proven driver-based modeling skills (forecasting from usage/consumption drivers).
  • •Hands-on experience in an enterprise planning platform (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, Planful, or similar) plus advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • •Clear, executive-ready communicator who works autonomously with focus, integrity, and humility.
