Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Lead pre-award activities including support to the proposals team in terms of performing a commercial review of tender documents, reviewing commercial proposals prior to submission for internal approval, preparing pricing and commercial qualifications
•Oversee all Tender governance processes and ensure compliance with Wood’s policies
•Risk management including identification, mitigation, and administration in conjunction with operations
•Coordinate contractual negotiations with clients, JVs, and teaming agreements with the bid team and stakeholders
•Main contract administration including timely provision of commercial deliverables, management of change, and ensuring commercial entitlements

Key Requirements

•Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies, along with appropriate professional qualification (preferred)

•Experience in claims & dispute resolution (pre and post-litigation experience preferred)
