Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and purchase supplies, tools, and materials at competitive prices while maintaining quality and reliability.
  • •Analyze pricing, negotiate terms, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Vendor & Contract Management; maintain accurate Vendor Master data and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • •Meet with supplier representatives to review products, contracts, and performance; oversee supplier returns and resolve vendor-related issues.
  • •Expedite overdue purchase orders and initiate order traces when needed; monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • •Respond promptly to internal department requests and provide purchasing guidance; manage all purchasing forms, documentation, and workflow processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with M3 is a plus) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • •Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work cross-functionally.
