Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely set up, inspect, and operate equipment/machinery used to process meat products.
  • •Follow standard operating procedures, including completing production-related paperwork.
  • •Meet product specifications and support production quality and safety requirements.
  • •Operate meat cutting/packaging machines and other equipment to process products for consumers.
  • •Work the scheduled shift and may work overtime depending on production demands.

Salary: USD 26.85 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Be willing and able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Operate computerized equipment used for processing meat products (may require certification to operate equipment).
  • •Work safely in a physically demanding environment, including standing for up to a 12-hour shift and working around wet/humid conditions and cold/warm temperatures.
  • •Be able to work around animal blood/carcass parts and, if trained, work with a knife.
