Housing Operations Coordinator I

Coordinate on-campus housing for new and returning residential communities across all semesters, including living area allocation, logistics, and timely communication to internal teams. Manage specialty housing needs for student groups, maintain and report accurate housing data, and handle eligibility workflows such as room switches, cancellations, and evictions. Build housing application processes via the Housing Portal, configure bed settings for each term, and support early-arrival/late-stay operations with marketing and training materials.
