Job Summary

Own ElevenLabs’ PE & Growth Investor partnerships and build a scalable investor partner ecosystem that drives enterprise pipeline and ARR. Manage executive relationships with Operating Partners and Value Creation teams, negotiate joint GTM/referral agreements, and activate portfolio companies through coordinated account plans. Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to accelerate deal velocity and expand AI deployments across portfolio sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage executive relationships with Operating Partners, Value Creation leaders, and investment professionals across leading PE & Growth investor firms.
•Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, joint GTM plans, referral models, and enterprise value programs.
•Identify high-priority portfolio companies and develop joint account plans with PE operating teams.
•Coordinate with Enterprise AEs, FDEs, Customer Success, and Product to drive AI deployments from introduction through production.
•Own pipeline generation and ARR sourced through PE partnerships, including driving executive introductions and deal velocity.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years of experience in Enterprise AI, Cloud, or enterprise software, focused on strategic partnerships with Private Equity and Growth Investors.
•Experience working with PE firms, Growth Investors, Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, or PE-backed portfolio companies.
•Track record building strategic partnerships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
•Strong executive presence engaging credibly with Managing Partners, Operating Partners, CEOs/CIOs/CTOs, and investment professionals.
•Comfort navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
