Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a team lead to manage preparation of monthly rent roll in accordance with lease provisions
  • •Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements for the lease portfolio
  • •Communicate with landlords regarding lease payments and charges and prepare reports of findings with accurate credits and charges
  • •Oversee the preparation of CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to Compass standards
  • •Manage the team toward timely, accurate lease abstraction per KPI targets and coach others

Key Requirements
