Job Summary

Lead daily production on the 1st shift in a plant environment, working with the Production Supervisor to ensure work is carried out safely and on posted schedules. Enforce safety and company policies, enter required safety information into compliance software, identify schedule gaps, and support production when needed. Coordinate training, package production documents, maintain attendance/work schedule records for payroll, and inspect progress to ensure specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Production Supervisor to ensure team assignments are carried out safely and successfully.
•Enforce company policies and safety regulations; report issues to management or address them directly.
•Execute the posted production schedule, identify gaps/changes needed, and fill in by working in production when required.
•Ensure employees receive appropriate compliance, safety, and technical training as needed.
•Inspect work progress and equipment to verify safety and ensure specifications are met; package production documents and maintain attendance/work schedules for payroll.

•High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
•Prior experience in production/manufacturing; concrete manufacturing experience is a plus.
