Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Production Supervisor to ensure team assignments are carried out safely and successfully.
  • •Enforce company policies and safety regulations; report issues to management or address them directly.
  • •Execute the posted production schedule, identify gaps/changes needed, and fill in by working in production when required.
  • •Ensure employees receive appropriate compliance, safety, and technical training as needed.
  • •Inspect work progress and equipment to verify safety and ensure specifications are met; package production documents and maintain attendance/work schedules for payroll.
