Own RevOps analytics that make revenue data trustworthy and actionable for CCO and Finance. Build and improve revenue dashboards for pipeline health, funnel conversion, attainment, and forecasting support. Run win/loss and commercial governance analytics, including deal desk operations, discount governance, margin analysis, and executive business case packages. Operationalize approved pricing in CRM and support quota modeling, enablement measurement, and forecasting accuracy tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and continuously improve revenue reporting (pipeline health, stage conversion, funnel velocity, win rates, attainment dashboards) and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for leadership.
•Support forecasting methodology by tracking submission cadence and accuracy over time, analyzing pipeline health, forecast risk, and providing data for QBRs and board presentations.
•Conduct win/loss analysis and GTM analytics by segment, competitor, deal size, rep, and product line, turning findings into actionable recommendations for CCO and Sales leadership.
•Operate deal desk and commercial governance end-to-end for non-standard deals, including discount governance, review of deal terms, partner coordination, and escalation with executive-ready recommendations.
•Create structured executive business cases and run deal-level margin analysis for CCO/CFO approvals; maintain deal precedent library, pricing operationalization in CRM, and support quota economics and enablement measurement.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in revenue analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
•Strong Salesforce reporting proficiency to build reports, dashboards, and data views.
•Proficiency in at least one BI/data visualization tool: Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or DOMO.
•SQL competency to query databases, join tables, and build analytical datasets for reporting and ad hoc analysis.
•Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, quota attainment) and ability to present insights to senior leadership.
