Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as project manager, deputy project manager, or technical task lead for ITS projects.
  • •Grow our Illinois ITS team.
  • •Collaborate with Local Business Leaders and the National Business Line to drive business growth focusing on ITS and V2X.
  • •Perform marketing and business development activities within the region, including client intelligence, pursuits and proposal development, presentations, manpower and fee estimates.
  • •Represent the firm in client and industry events to promote capabilities and develop a pipeline of opportunities.
  • •Develop promotional and proposal material.
  • •Interface with staff from other disciplines to support a diverse range of projects across business lines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering or related field.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation and infrastructure projects.
  • •Minimum 5 years leading, managing and mentoring teams of ITS engineers and technicians.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
