Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct end-to-end quality inspections and functional testing from component sub-assemblies through fully integrated systems.
  • •Perform live power testing and commissioning, including operational commissioning, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and preliminary commissioning.
  • •Validate functional system integrity across system levels (including 24VDC, 415VAC, HMI, and ATS) to ensure zero-defect delivery.
  • •Create audit-ready testing reports, compliance certificates, and documentation for component and system-level builds.
  • •Lead defect management and CAPA by identifying non-conformances/deviations, partnering with Engineering and Manufacturing, and continuously improving electrical quality SOPs, testing matrices, and training materials.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of hands-on electrical experience with a valid Journeyman license, or 3+ years of electrical quality inspection experience in industrial manufacturing.
  • •Advanced hands-on knowledge of low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical installations, including PDCs, E-houses, and industrial control panels.
  • •Working knowledge of IEC, NEC, NFPA 70B, IEEE, and NETA testing specifications.
  • •Strong proficiency reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and detailed engineering drawings.
  • •Ability to maintain strict quality standards and enforce compliance guidelines in a high-throughput manufacturing environment.
