Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle a team/group of 15 to 20 FTEs, including work allocation and monitoring team output.
  • •Manage RCM processes such as Billing, Cash Posting, Credit Balance, Accounts Receivables, Denial Management, and Correspondence review.
  • •Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics reports and management reports from practice management/billing systems and workflow tools using MS Excel.
  • •Analyze generated reports to identify trends and patterns, initiate action plans to resolve AR issues, and maintain daily operational scorecards tracking KPIs.
  • •Review team performance periodically and recommend performance improvement plans; suggest process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and potential automation; interact effectively with the client.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of industry experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in relevant billing functions (RCM).
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel, including creating Excel macros.
  • •Experience analyzing raw data to derive conclusions and actionable recommendations.
  • •Ability to handle multiple reporting tasks and adapt to changing technical environments.
