Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide non-medical, short-term, solution-focused counseling directly to adults, children, and youth of service members; perform assessment, brief counseling, action planning, referrals, and follow-up.
  • •Conduct training and health/wellness presentations; participate in health fairs and base/installation activities.
  • •Support CYB staff, DoDEA and community schools, youth programs, and summer camps; provide parent training and guidance.
  • •Enter counselor activity data daily through mobile or web app; maintain confidentiality and reporting accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work
  • •Licensed at independent level (LCSW/LMFT/LPC)
  • •US citizenship or ability to prove citizenship
  • •Willingness to relocate to be local to Pease ANGB
  • •Experience working in a school setting (CYB) or related to DoDEA/community schools for ARC role
