Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow health, safety, environment, and quality requirements, procedures, and legal regulations while performing maintenance work.
  • •Maintain component shop equipment through inspections and preventive maintenance, including component inspections and parts planning.
  • •Examine parts for damage or excessive wear using micrometers and gauges, and keep components available through inspection and testing.
  • •Diagnose faults and malfunctions and conduct Pantera 1500I Drifter service intervals, adjusting controls and systems to machine requirements.
  • •Dismantle and reassemble Pantera 1500I Drifters and heavy equipment components; clean, lubricate, troubleshoot breakdowns, and maintain component records.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of a Grade Twelve (Grade 12).
  • •Craft Certificate in HER from a recognised institution.
  • •Member of EIZ.
  • •Valid driver’s licence.
  • •A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar role.
