Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, diagnose, maintain and repair machines at customer sites, communicating directly with customers (e.g., restaurant chefs, ship officers, on-site technical staff)
  • •Advise customers on the use and maintenance of devices to ensure optimal performance
  • •Work within the region of your residence, returning home at the end of each workday with materials pre-stocked in your service bus
  • •Participate in an internal development program after start and pursue growth into Technisch Specialist or other disciplines within Miele
  • •Collaborate with colleagues and planning team to ensure premium service for customers
