Job Summary

Provide on-site installation, diagnostic, maintenance and repair of industrial dishwashing and cleaning equipment for Horeca, Care & Selfservice clients, primarily in hotels, restaurants, and large yachts. You’ll install, troubleshoot, and service machines, advise customers on proper use, and collaborate with a 31-person Field Service team to ensure premium service and opportunities for growth within Miele.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, diagnose, maintain and repair machines at customer sites, communicating directly with customers (e.g., restaurant chefs, ship officers, on-site technical staff)
•Advise customers on the use and maintenance of devices to ensure optimal performance
•Work within the region of your residence, returning home at the end of each workday with materials pre-stocked in your service bus
•Participate in an internal development program after start and pursue growth into Technisch Specialist or other disciplines within Miele
•Collaborate with colleagues and planning team to ensure premium service for customers

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,100 - 4,000 monthly

•Electro-technical work experience; training path provided to develop skills
