Job Summary

Operate production lines in a premix manufacturing facility, handling raw materials (including up to 55 lbs), weighing ingredients per batch formula, loading blenders, and completing final packaging and sampling. Monitor and document equipment failures and deviations, report disturbances and process adjustments to supervisors, and take samples for quality and analytical testing. Work Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and follow 4-eye principle and safety requirements, including PPE.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle raw materials, transport them to the dispensary, weigh them per batch formula, and add them to the required mixer.
•Load blenders, complete final packaging, and sample per batch requirements while inspecting raw materials and finished goods.
•Palletize and store raw materials and/or finished goods while following the 4-eye principle guideline.
•Monitor, report, and document equipment failures, including exceptions and deviations and actions taken.
•Take samples of raw materials and finished goods for quality and analytical testing; report production process adjustments/concerns to the supervisor.
