Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage distribution center associates and 3PL partners.
  • •Scope, design, and lead high-impact projects from concept through stabilization, aligning with cost, service, and environmental goals.
  • •Analyze end-to-end supply-chain data to build business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • •Serve as primary liaison between DC operations and cross-functional teams (Engineering, IT, Finance, Global Process Owners, and 3PL vendors) for technology deployments and capital projects.
  • •Partner with the 3PL WMS team on operational requirements, test new functionality, validate system performance, and track resolution of issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •7+ years of job-related experience with 5+ years managing high-performing teams.
  • •Deep experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments.
