Automotive Detail Supervisor

Directly supervise and develop hourly associates in an inspection/reconditioning center to meet production, quality, and inventory goals. Manage safe movement of vehicles for repairs, review and approve mechanical/cosmetic defects, and train team members using quality control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time. Partner with the Inspection Center General Manager, coach performance, prevent and resolve team conflicts, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and performance standards.
