Key Responsibilities

  • •Run business discovery workshops to translate customer objectives into Celonis use cases and define scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
  • •Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, dashboards, and operational solutions; validate outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
  • •Configure Celonis platform capabilities including data transformations, Process Intelligence Graph, and AI-powered insights to identify inefficiencies and root causes.
  • •Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies, quantifying business impact with KPIs.
  • •Drive rollout, adoption, and handover by enabling users, managing outcomes to timelines/scope, training users, and documenting design decisions and configurations.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting (Senior DE: 6+ years) with demonstrated project leadership.
  • •Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation; proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
  • •Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools and writing clear specifications to evaluate and iterate on AI-generated outputs (prompt/context engineering a plus).
  • •Strong enterprise business process and financial metrics expertise, including knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and process areas like Order to Cash or Procure to Pay.
  • •Ability to steer customer workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver outcomes with technical and business audiences amid ambiguity.
