Job Summary

Own a market-wide product and solutions view for EMEA within the rPCS organization. Partner with the General Manager as the principal product and solutions advisor, consolidating product updates and shaping narratives for leadership reviews. Orchestrate cross-functional processes and escalations to accelerate adoption and enable solution-centric selling, using data-driven insights and vertical performance tracking to recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as principal product and solutions advisor to the General Manager, consolidating updates, curating market priorities, and shaping management review narratives.
•Define and embed standardized market PCS processes to maintain a holistic view of priorities, product updates, and execution progress with PMM, CSL, and XFN teams.
•Orchestrate market reviews, vertical deep dives, and cross-functional forums by translating regional plans into actionable market priorities with the PMO for the GM.
•Drive end-to-end escalation management across product areas through GMPT and partner with Regional PCS leadership and XFN leads when needed.
•Track and report vertical scores and program progress, monitor performance gaps, and recommend levers to improve adoption and execution.

Key Requirements

•Experience in product marketing or client solutions within digital advertising, tech, or media, including prior experience within Bytedance.
•Strong analytical and data-driven skills to analyze data, generate insights, and recommend strategy.
•Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
•Proven experience building and scaling market processes, orchestrating reviews, and leading large initiatives.
•Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
