Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end e-sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and e Auctions) through award recommendation using SAP Ariba and Coupa CSO.
  • •Collaborate with U.S. category managers, buyers, and stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, event structures, and evaluation criteria.
  • •Configure, launch, and manage sourcing events, including supplier invitations, document management, bid structures, and timelines.
  • •Perform live event monitoring, bid analysis, and CSO scenario modeling to support optimal, compliant award decisions.
  • •Maintain compliant sourcing and contract documentation and report on sourcing pipelines and monthly performance metrics using Tableau and QuickBase.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing and Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO).

  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end strategic sourcing processes from intake and supplier engagement through contract award.
