Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting for OS/kernel issues, GPO inheritance/policy failures, performance problems, and DFS/DHCP/DNS failures.
  • •Analyze system logs to identify root-cause patterns.

  • •Manage server patching exceptions, remediation, and validation of patch failures.
