Key Responsibilities

  • •Beheer en ontwikkel een eigen portefeuille met grote zakelijke klanten en draag bij aan groei binnen bestaande accounts.
  • •Inventariseer sociale zekerheidsvraagstukken en adviseer werkgevers vanuit een risicomanagementperspectief.
  • •Vertaal klantbehoeften naar concrete adviesvragen en werk met interne specialisten aan passende oplossingen.
  • •Volg ontwikkelingen binnen de sociale zekerheid en vertaal deze naar relevante HR-vraagstukken en commerciële mogelijkheden.
  • •Bezoek klanten planmatig en stuur op kwaliteit, continuïteit en groei van de relatie.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimaal drie jaar relevante buitendienstervaring op het gebied van sociale zekerheid.
  • •Wft Basis en één of meer relevante vakdiploma’s, zoals Wft Schade Zakelijk, Wft Inkomen en/of Wft Zorg.
  • •Sterke commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden om duurzame klantrelaties op te bouwen.
  • •Klanten, collega’s en specialisten effectief samenbrengen rondom een gezamenlijke oplossing.
  • •Complexe vraagstukken vertalen naar een heldere adviesrichting en zelfstandig eigenaarschap nemen over je portefeuille.
