Global Network Commercial and Business Development Manager, Data Center Development

Own commercial and business development efforts for ByteDance’s data center network expansion across Asia Pacific. You’ll drive acquisition strategy for backbone, CDN, and network resources (e.g., subsea cable, local loop, IPT, peering), align with stakeholders on capacity planning and delivery, and manage external feasibility studies and contract negotiations with telcos and authorities. Lead supplier and contract management to improve performance and build long-term partnerships.
