Key Responsibilities

•Gather campaign requirements including objectives, segmentation rules, personalization needs, and compliance requirements.
•Review campaign business documents (objectives, journeys, triggers) and translate them into SFMC implementation requirements.
•Create clear, testable user stories for SFMC journeys, automations, and triggered sends.
•Support test case creation, UAT execution, and campaign readiness sign-off.
•Communicate clarifications, document assumptions, and validate requirements with business owners.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of experience in a business analyst (BA) role.
•Deep knowledge of SFMC modules including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
•Experience with AMPScript and SQL, including building content and handling data for personalization.
•Strong understanding of campaign workflows.
•Agile delivery experience using Jira, Confluence, backlog refinement, and sprint ceremonies.
