Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel with GTM teams to agency sites across the US and serve as the technical lead in pursuit of new government business
  • •Run discovery with agency leaders to map mission workflows, data landscapes, and constraints, then translate findings into solution designs
  • •Build and deliver tailored demos, proofs of concept, and technical proposals for each agency’s mission problems
  • •Own the technical narrative through the deal cycle, including solution architecture, security/compliance requirements, integration scoping, and pilot success criteria
  • •Support capture and proposal efforts with technical volumes, RFIs/RFP responses, architecture documentation, and ensure pilots convert to production

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, forward-deployed engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • •Experience selling into the US public sector (federal/state/local) with knowledge of government procurement and contract vehicles
  • •Working understanding of security/compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, IL levels, and ATO
  • •Technical depth to discuss AI/ML systems, APIs, data integration, and government cloud environments with agency engineers and CIOs
  • •Ability to build hands-on (stand up demos, prototype, and debug POCs) and communicate mission value clearly to executives
