Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of WFM/Ops experience in high-volume, scaled environments such as Contact Centers or Shared Services.
  • •Knowledge of financial services and regulated operational environments, including KYC and FinCrime.
  • •Ability to translate complex WFM concepts (e.g., Erlang, Shrinkage, Occupancy) into clear, actionable business guidance.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and identify leading vs. lagging indicators.
  • •Experience driving change by adopting new playbooks/frameworks across operational units.
