Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the Store per Brand Values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the Store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expense control, and service.
  • •Manage payroll to maintain profitability while delivering high levels of service.
  • •Communicate and manage merchandise opportunities with Store/Assistant Store Manager.
  • •Ensure proper handling and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 21 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years in a customer service-oriented retail environment
  • •Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues
  • •Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • •Ability to learn quickly; basic MS Office and retail software knowledge
  • •Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly and work non-traditional hours (weekends/evenings/holidays)
