Personal Banker Associate I (Michigan-Central)

Provide consultative, customer-focused retail banking in a Financial Center by identifying and meeting customers’ current and future financial needs. Build customer profiles using Financial Needs Assessment, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and use CAMP and other marketing tools to set periodic review appointments. Cross-sell to deepen existing relationships, partner with Mortgage and Small Business teams, process teller transactions, guide CSRs on the sales/referral process, and help drive financial center production and revenue growth while following risk and ethics policies.
