Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise senior management and enterprise leaders to develop highly complex communication strategies supporting strategic initiatives.
  • •Prioritize and execute complex communication projects and ensure they align with employee, member, and public initiatives.
  • •Develop and measure integrated messaging and communications plans across channels, including leadership communications, publications, and social platforms.
  • •Lead public affairs communications including crisis management, legislative/regulatory/litigation communications, and manage message development and third-party relationships.
  • •Develop and mentor junior team members while identifying and controlling risks per risk and compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8+ years of progressively responsible experience in internal and/or external communications, including employee communications and media relations.
  • •Subject-matter-expert writing/editing skills and excellent verbal communication.
  • •Expert knowledge of communications industry practices and emerging trends, applied to required work products.
  • •Experience translating business objectives into integrated communication strategies and tactics, including project management and cross-functional collaboration.
