Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions, prioritizing a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide trusted HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, redundancy processes, and related legal compliance.
  • •Independently lead and facilitate client and external employee meetings for workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) to ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents, process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Strong employee relations fundamentals, including progressive discipline approaches and workplace investigation basics.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and translate research into usable resources for clients and stakeholders.
