Job Summary

Serve customers through needs-based conversations in a retail banking setting, in person and by phone. Identify financial needs, recommend appropriate retail products and digital solutions, and complete transactions accurately while meeting sales and customer service goals. Educate customers on offerings that improve financial wellness, refer complex needs to specialists, and contribute to individual and team performance. Work a schedule spanning Monday–Friday and Saturday mornings.
