•Collaborate with the product pod to align on core metrics for the product and the levers to impact them
•Embed with product, design, and engineering teams to define key metrics and influence the product roadmap
•Design and optimize underwriting and collection strategies to improve profitability
•Forecast revenue and cost drivers and assess the business impact of new customer acquisition flows
•Build monitoring dashboards and translate model outputs into business insights to influence strategy
