Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete ownership of multiple platforms: define and own execution on key dimensions such as scalability, platformization, and reliability.
  • •Platformize serving infrastructure: design abstractions for current and emerging use cases (e.g., AI) and build consensus for scalable product experiences.
  • •Re-architect platforms for scale: redesign systems to handle 10X–100X increase in scale.
  • •Build an amazing developer experience: revamp platform onboarding to reduce time from weeks to hours.
  • •Mentor future leaders: guide growth and development of junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of production-level experience in Python, Java, Scala, C++, or similar language.
  • •BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Experience developing large-scale distributed systems from scratch.
  • •Experience working on a SaaS platform or with Service-Oriented Architectures.
