Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive technical excellence across all radar development activities.
  • •Provide technical leadership and ensure common practices across programs.
  • •Serve as the primary technical interface with the radar supplier; oversee and approve technical approaches, products, and processes.
  • •Coordinate with program managers and other Boeing teams to resolve anomalies and ensure mission success.
  • •Chair engineering review boards and lead technical activities including design reviews and corrective actions, while mentoring radar engineers and performing TLE functions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science, plus 20+ years of related experience (or 18+ years with a Master’s, or 15+ with a PhD).

  • •Experience in radar systems analysis, modeling/simulation, design and testing for airborne or SAR applications.
  • •Ability to lead planning, organizing, and leading personnel to solve complex technical problems.
