Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Amazon and e-commerce operations: advertising, listing updates, sales data pulls into spreadsheets, inventory monitoring, and coordinating FBA shipments.
  • •Provide accounting support by pulling Amazon inventory data into Pilot, entering invoices, and preparing month-end support packages for the CPA.
  • •Maintain USDA/FDA compliance files and coordinate cross-entity compliance-related workflows.
  • •Coordinate logistics with 3PLs and custom brokers to support fulfillment and related operations.
  • •Operate independently while improving SOPs and proactively identifying operational improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong English reading, comprehension, and speaking skills to follow operational, compliance, logistics, and financial instructions.
