  • •Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, owning cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • •Manage one or more complex programs and supervise professional and technical personnel assigned to the program.

  • •Coordinate proposals, business plans, budgets, staffing plans, and forecasts of program financial performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility clearance required.
  • •Active PMP certification.
  • •10+ years of contract management experience with US Navy.
  • •Experience managing multiple concurrent federal contracts > $1m each and leading engineering teams through project completion.
