Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management accounts, and supporting reports under IFRS and US GAAP.
  • •Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • •Run month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including general ledger reconciliations and control reviews.
  • •Maintain oversight of accounts payable/receivable, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • •Coordinate external audits and support regulatory, tax, statutory, and ad hoc reporting requirements, while strengthening internal controls and accounting policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent certifications).
  • •10+ years of experience in financial control, audit, or accounting, preferably in a credit hedge fund; digital assets/blockchain experience is a plus.
  • •Proficiency in Xero and Enfusion portfolio management system.
  • •Proficiency in Excel plus VBA/Python (mandatory).
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory and tax requirements, with exceptional analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
