Job Summary

Plan, install, and configure Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise ALE communication solutions for customers, including OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) with high availability and virtualization. Key Responsibilities

•Plan, install, and configure OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) including high availability and virtualization, managed via OmniVista 8770.
•Plan, install, and configure Rainbow contact and communication components including high availability and virtualization, managed via OmniVista 8770.
•Implement contact-center scenarios (OmniPCX/CCD) including skill routing, reporting, agent desktop, and integrations such as Genesys/RSI.
•Support hybrid/cloud integrations with Rainbow™ (WebRTC-Gateway, OXE↔Rainbow coupling, security/compliance).
•Perform SIP trunking and SBC interoperability (e.g., number plans, LCR, emergency routing, testing and acceptance), plus troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and change/release management with documentation and SLA-aligned knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of project experience with ALE communication solutions, especially OXE and OmniVista 8770; secure OXE operation (SIP/IP/DECT).
•Relevant ALE certifications (ACSE), ideally for OmniPCX Enterprise, OmniVista 8770, Open/OmniTouch and CCD; willingness for ongoing re-certification.
•Solid knowledge of VoIP/SIP, SBC integration, and networking (QoS, VLAN, firewall) plus Linux/Windows fundamentals.
•Willingness to travel within Germany according to company guidelines.
•Very good German and good English language skills.
